Car
From the entrance of Mount Rainier National Park at the Nisqually Entrance, drive east on WA-706 E towards Ashford. Continue for about 12 miles until you reach the junction with WA-123 N. Turn left onto WA-123 N and continue for approximately 15 miles. Look for the signs indicating Little Tipsoo Lake, and turn right onto a small access road leading to the lake parking area. Please note that there may be a parking fee required at the park entrance, which is typically around $30 per vehicle for a 7-day pass.

If you're using public transportation, take a bus from Seattle to Ashford. Once you arrive in Ashford, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to WA-123 N, as public transit options may be limited in this area. Once you reach WA-123 N, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles along the road to the Little Tipsoo Lake access road, which will lead you to the lake parking area. Be prepared for a short hike from the road to the lake itself.
