From Bellevue, you can take Metro Bus Route 542 towards Seattle. Board the bus at the Bellevue Transit Center, located at 1100 110th Ave NE. After about 30 minutes, get off at the stop at NE 45th St & University Way NE. From there, transfer to Metro Bus Route 31 towards Fremont. Get off at the stop on N 34th St & Fremont Ave N. Walk east on N 34th St and turn left onto Fremont Ave N, which will lead you to Fremont Canal Park at 199 N Canal St.

Start at the Bellevue Downtown Park & Ride and take the Sound Transit Link Light Rail towards Seattle. Transfer at the Westlake Station to the Metro Light Rail line. Continue on the light rail to the University of Washington Station. From there, catch Metro Bus Route 31 towards Fremont. Get off at N 34th St & Fremont Ave N and walk east on N 34th St, turning left onto Fremont Ave N to reach Fremont Canal Park at 199 N Canal St.
