    Bus

    From downtown Tacoma, head to the Tacoma Dome Station and catch Bus Route 62 towards Olympia. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes. Get off at the stop for Milluhr Rd NE. From the bus stop, walk northeast along Milluhr Rd NE for approximately 0.5 miles until you reach Luhr's Landing Access Area on your right.

    Bicycle

    Starting from downtown Tacoma, rent a bicycle from a local bike rental shop. Head south on Pacific Ave towards S 25th St. Turn left onto S 25th St, which will lead you to the waterfront. Follow the waterfront bike path heading southwest until you reach the bridge. Cross the bridge and continue onto Milluhr Rd NE. Follow Milluhr Rd NE for about 2 miles until you reach Luhr's Landing Access Area, which will be on your left.

    Walk

    If you're in the vicinity of the Tacoma waterfront, start at Point Defiance Park. Walk east on the main road exiting the park, which will lead you to Ferry St. Turn right onto Ferry St, then left onto Milluhr Rd NE. Continue on Milluhr Rd NE for approximately 1.5 miles. Luhr's Landing Access Area will be on your left. The walk will take about 40 minutes.
