Head southeast on S 11th St towards Pacific Ave S, then turn onto S 19th St. Continue on S 19th St until you reach the entrance to the NW Trek. Follow the signs directing you towards the Maintenance Shop, which will be located within the NW Trek grounds.

    From the Point Defiance Park, walk along the scenic trails heading east. Follow the signs for the 'NW Trek'. It's about a 3-mile walk, so wear comfortable shoes. Once you reach the entrance of NW Trek, the Maintenance Shop will be indicated on the visitor map available at the entrance.
