If you're traveling by car, head to Richland, WA. From the center of Richland, take George Washington Way (WA-240) heading east. Continue on WA-240 for about 6 miles until you reach the intersection with I-182. Merge onto I-182 East towards Pasco. After approximately 2 miles, take exit 5 for I-182 East toward US-395 North. Continue on US-395 North for about 1 mile, then take exit 1A for WA-240 West. Drive for about 1 mile and look for the entrance to Chamna Natural Preserve on your right. There is no entrance fee for the preserve, and plenty of parking is available.

Public Transportation
Using public transportation, you can take the Ben Franklin Transit bus service. Catch Route 100 from the Richland downtown area, which will take you to the nearest stop close to Chamna Natural Preserve. Disembark at the stop nearest to the intersection of I-182 and George Washington Way. From there, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles west along George Washington Way, then turn right onto the access road leading to the preserve. Please check the current bus schedule for timings, as they may vary. A single ride costs around $1.50.
