If you are traveling by car from Dolly Sods Wilderness, first head to Route 32 South. From the Dolly Sods area, take the gravel road leading out of the wilderness area and merge onto Route 32 South. Continue on Route 32 South for approximately 13 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 219. Turn left onto Route 219 and drive for about 2 miles. Look for signs directing you to Blackwater Falls State Park. Follow the signs towards Blackwater Falls, and soon you'll see Canyon Point Road on your right. Turn onto Canyon Point Road and continue until you reach the Blackwater Falls Boardwalk parking area. Make sure to check for any parking fees at the entrance.
