From the Dolly Sods Wilderness area, head southeast on Forest Road 75 towards Route 32. After about 5 miles, turn right onto Route 32 South. Continue on Route 32 for approximately 10 miles until you reach the town of Davis. In Davis, turn left onto Blackwater Lodge Road (follow the signs for Blackwater Falls State Park). The park entrance will be about 2 miles down on your left. There are no entrance fees for the park, but be prepared for potential parking fees if you choose to park in designated areas.
