Starting from the Lewisburg Historic District, head south on Washington Street towards Main Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with McElhenny Road. Turn left onto McElhenny Road. Continue walking on this road for about 0.5 miles. The Confederate Cemetery will be on your right, just past the intersection with the entrance to the Greenbrier County Fairgrounds.

From the Lewisburg Historic District, find a bike rental location if you haven't already. Head south on Washington Street towards Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and continue until you reach Jefferson Street. Turn right on Jefferson Street and then take a left onto McElhenny Road. Ride straight for approximately 0.5 miles; the Confederate Cemetery will be on your right, just past the Greenbrier County Fairgrounds entrance.

If a local bus service is available, locate the nearest bus stop in the Lewisburg Historic District. Take a bus heading towards the fairgrounds or any route that goes along McElhenny Road. Inform the driver you want to get off at McElhenny Road. Once you disembark at the bus stop, walk about 0.1 miles down McElhenny Road, and you will find the Confederate Cemetery on your right, just past the Greenbrier County Fairgrounds.
