If you are driving from Fairmont, WV, take I-79 S and exit onto US-250 S. Continue on US-250 S for about 6 miles. Turn left onto Barrackville Road, and after approximately 1 mile, you will see the Barrackville Covered Bridge on your right. Parking is available nearby at a small lot.

From Fairmont, take the Mountain Line Transit Authority bus (Route 7) towards Barrackville. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Barrackville stop located on the main road. From there, walk approximately 0.5 miles down Barrackville Road to reach the Barrackville Covered Bridge.
