Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start from the main entrance of New River Gorge National Park, located at 104 W. Main Street, Fayetteville, WV. Head west on US-60 W for approximately 6 miles. Turn right onto US-19 N and continue for about 4 miles. Take the exit for I-64 W toward Beckley. After about 6 miles, take exit 129 for WV-16 N toward Beaver. Follow WV-16 N for about 4 miles, then turn left onto Grandview Road. Continue for about 1 mile, and you will reach Grandview at 4700 Grandview Rd, Beaver, WV 25813.

• Public Transportation

  There are limited public transportation options directly to Grandview. However, you can take the Greyhound bus to Beckley, WV. From Beckley, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service (like Uber or Lyft) to take you to Grandview, which is approximately 15 miles away. Ensure you book your rides in advance, as availability may vary.

• Bicycle

  For the adventurous cyclist, you can bike to Grandview from the nearby areas of New River Gorge. Starting from the Canyon Rim Visitor Center, take the scenic routes along the park trails and roads. The ride is approximately 12 miles, which can be challenging but rewarding, with beautiful views along the way. Ensure you have a map or GPS device, as some areas may not have clear signage.
