If you are driving, start from the New River Gorge Visitor Center located at 104 Main Street, Glen Jean, WV 25846. From the Visitor Center, head southwest on US-19 S for approximately 4 miles. Take the exit toward Fayetteville and continue straight onto Stanaford Road. After about 1 mile, turn left onto Turkey Spur Road. Follow Turkey Spur Road for about 2 miles until you reach the Turkey Spur Overlook parking area on your left. The overlook provides stunning views of the New River Gorge.
