If you are in downtown Parkersburg, start at the intersection of 3rd Street and Market Street. Head east on 3rd Street until you reach the intersection with Avery Street. Turn left onto Avery Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with 7th Street. Turn right onto 7th Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Fort Boreman Drive. Turn left onto Fort Boreman Drive and walk for about 0.5 miles. Fort Boreman Park will be on your left. Look for the entrance marked with signs indicating the park.

From the Parkersburg City Center, catch the local bus service at the bus stop located near the intersection of Market Street and 3rd Street. You will want to board a bus heading towards the north side of the city. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop closest to Fort Boreman Drive. After disembarking, walk towards Fort Boreman Drive, and follow the road for approximately 0.5 miles. The entrance to Fort Boreman Park will be on your left.
