If you are starting from the Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack, exit the hotel and head east on Main Street. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with 14th Street. Turn left onto 14th Street and walk for another 0.2 miles. Heritage Port will be on your right, adjacent to the Ohio River.
