If you are starting from the Wheeling Heritage Port, head north on 14th Street until you reach Market Street. Turn left onto Market Street and continue walking for about 0.5 miles. You will pass several shops and eateries along the way. As you approach the intersection with 22nd Street, look for the Chapline Street Row Historic District on your right at 2146 Market Street.

Public Bus
You can take the Ohio Valley Regional Transportation Authority (OVRTA) bus from the Wheeling Transit Center. Board the #3 bus heading towards Elm Grove. Ride for about 5 stops and get off at the Market Street stop near 22nd Street. From there, walk a short distance south on Market Street until you reach the Chapline Street Row Historic District at 2146 Market Street.

If you prefer biking, start at the Wheeling Heritage Port and head north along the riverfront trail. Continue until you reach 14th Street, then turn right. Follow 14th Street until you reach Market Street and turn left.
