Follow signs to the ferry terminal. The ferry operates regularly, and tickets can be purchased on-site (approximately $15 round trip for passengers). Once on the ferry, enjoy the scenic ride to Bayfield, Wisconsin. Upon arrival, you will drive or walk to 415 Washington Ave. The Apostle Islands National Lakeshore Headquarters is located on this street. Look for the visitor center on your right side.

    Currently, there are no direct public transportation options available on Madeline Island. However, you can take the Madeline Island Ferry to Bayfield, WI.
