Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the Memorial Union, exit the building and head east towards Langdon Street. Walk straight along Langdon Street for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Park Street. Turn left onto Park Street and continue walking for another 5 minutes. You will see Bascom Hill on your right at the address 1872 Lincoln Dr. The walk is approximately 15 minutes and is mostly flat, making it accessible for all tourists.

  If you have access to a bike, you can ride from the nearby bike rental stations. From the Wisconsin Historical Society, head west on Library Mall, then turn left onto North Park Street. Continue straight for about 10 minutes, and you will find Bascom Hill on your left at 1872 Lincoln Dr. Make sure to follow bike lanes and obey traffic signals.
