Getting There

  • Walking

    Starting from the heart of Bay View, head north on South Kinnickinnic Avenue. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with East Oklahoma Avenue. Turn right (east) and follow Oklahoma Avenue until you reach South Shore Drive. At this point, you will be at the shoreline of Lake Michigan. Turn left (north) and walk along South Shore Drive. This will take you towards the North Point Lighthouse. You will eventually reach a path leading up to the lighthouse area. The total distance is approximately 2 miles and may take around 40-50 minutes depending on your pace.

  • Public Transportation - Bus

    From Bay View, catch the Milwaukee County Transit System (MCTS) bus number 15 at South Kinnickinnic Avenue and East Oklahoma Avenue. Get off the bus at the stop at North Lincoln Memorial Drive.
