Board the bus at the nearest stop on Wisconsin Ave. After a short ride, disembark at the stop for 'Water Street & Wisconsin Avenue'. Walk east along Wisconsin Ave for about 3 blocks until you reach 929 E Wisconsin Ave. The museum will be on your left.

From the Milwaukee Public Market (located at 400 N Water St), head south on N Water St towards E St Paul Ave. Turn right onto E St Paul Ave and walk west until you reach N Broadway. Turn left on N Broadway and continue until you reach E Wisconsin Ave. Turn right onto E Wisconsin Ave, and the Betty Brinn Children's Museum will be located at 929 E Wisconsin Ave, about 5 minutes from the market.

If you have access to a bike, you can ride along the Milwaukee Riverwalk. Start at the Riverwalk, heading north until you reach E Wells St. Turn east onto E Wells St and bike towards N Broadway. Turn south onto N Broadway and then take a right onto E Wisconsin Ave. The museum will be located at 929 E Wisconsin Ave. There are bike racks available near the entrance.
