Walking
If you're starting from the Milwaukee Art Museum (which is a popular tourist spot), exit the museum and head southeast towards the lake. Continue walking along the lakefront pathway. Follow the path as it curves to the right, heading towards the War Memorial Center. Continue past the War Memorial and keep walking along the shoreline. You will see signs directing you to Lakeshore State Park. The park entrance will be on your left at 500 N Harbor Dr.

Public Transit - Bus
From the Milwaukee Intermodal Station, take the Milwaukee County Transit System (MCTS) bus #15 (North Avenue) heading towards 'Kinnickinnic & Oklahoma'. Ride for 5 stops and get off at the 'Water & Michigan' stop. Walk south on Water Street and then turn right onto Michigan Street. Continue until you reach the lakefront. From there, follow the path along the lake towards Lakeshore State Park, which will be on your left at 500 N Harbor Dr.
