If you are starting from downtown Wausau, head east on 1st Street toward the intersection with McIndoe Street. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with McIndoe Street. Turn left onto McIndoe Street and walk for another 0.2 miles. The Woodson History Center will be on your left at 410 McIndoe St. Look for the building with the historical society signage.

For public transportation, catch the Wausau Metro bus from any downtown stop. You should take the Green Line toward the East Side. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes and disembark at the McIndoe Street stop. Once you get off, walk south on McIndoe Street for about 0.2 miles. The Woodson History Center will be on your left at 410 McIndoe St.
