If you are starting from the center of Green River, head west on East Flaming Gorge Way. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach River View Drive. Turn left onto River View Drive and follow it for about 0.3 miles. You will see a sign for Expedition Island. As you approach the island, you will find a path leading directly to the entrance. Enjoy the scenic walk along the riverbank.

Begin your journey at the Green River City Park located at 1600 S 2nd E St. Head west on East Flaming Gorge Way and ride for about 0.8 miles. Turn left onto River View Drive and continue for another 0.3 miles. You will arrive at Expedition Island, where you can park your bicycle at the designated bike racks near the entrance.
