From the center of Green River, head east on E Flaming Gorge Way. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Uinta Drive. Turn left onto Uinta Drive and follow it until it merges with the Green River. At the river, you will find a path leading northward. Follow this path along the riverbank for about 2 miles until you reach the Wild Horse Run Loop area. It is marked by a sign, and you will enjoy beautiful views and wildlife along the way.

Start at the Green River Recreation Center. Head south on S 2nd East St toward E 2nd North St. Continue straight onto S 2nd West St, which will turn into Uinta Dr. Follow Uinta Dr until you reach the Green River. At the river, take the bike path that heads north along the water. After approximately 3 miles, look for the Wild Horse Run Loop entrance, which will be clearly marked. This route is scenic and offers plenty of opportunities to take pictures.
