If you are traveling by car, start by getting onto US-87 S/US-30 E from anywhere in Powder River Basin. Continue on US-87 S for approximately 50 miles. Take exit 252 for Medicine Bow/State Highway 487 and merge onto WY-487 N. Drive for about 13 miles until you reach Medicine Bow. The Medicine Bow Museum will be located at 405 Lincoln Hwy on your left. Please note that parking is available at the museum.
