Car
From Snowy Range, head east on Highway 130 towards Laramie. After approximately 30 miles, take the exit for Highway 287 South toward Laramie. Continue on Highway 287 for about 12 miles until you reach Laramie. Once in Laramie, follow the signs for Highway 230. Turn left onto Highway 230 and continue for about 6 miles. Look for the signs indicating Hutton Lake National Wildlife Refuge. The refuge entrance will be on your left.
