Car
From Wind River Range, head east on WY-26 E towards Riverton. Continue for approximately 35 miles until you reach Riverton. Merge onto US-26 E/US-287 S and follow for about 33 miles. Then, turn left onto WY-120 N and continue for about 28 miles until you reach Thermopolis. Once in Thermopolis, follow Park Street to 220 Park St, where Hot Springs State Park is located. Parking is available at the park.

From Wind River Range, you can take a local bus service to Riverton. Once in Riverton, transfer to a Greyhound or other intercity bus that operates routes to Thermopolis.
