If you're driving, start from Mansa town. Head south on the Mansa - Kasanka Road. Continue for about 10 kilometers until you reach the junction with the Luapula River Road. Turn left onto Luapula River Road and follow it for another 15 kilometers. You will see signs for Mansa River. Keep an eye out for local landmarks such as the Mansa General Hospital, which you will pass on your right before the river.

For public transport, you can take a minibus from Mansa town heading towards Kasanka. Ask the driver to drop you off at the junction with Luapula River Road. From the junction, you can either walk the remaining 15 kilometers to Mansa River or hire a local taxi, which may cost approximately 50 Zambian Kwacha for that distance.
