    Car

    If you're traveling by car, start your journey from Mpika, a central town in Muchinga Province. Head south on the Great North Road (T2) and continue for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the turn-off for Chinsali Road. Turn onto Chinsali Road and follow the signs towards Chinsonkolo Falls. The road will take you through a scenic landscape, and after about 30 kilometers, you'll arrive at the destination. Make sure to have a GPS or map handy, as the last few kilometers may not be well-marked.

    Public Transportation

    To reach Chinsonkolo Falls using public transportation, start by taking a minibus or bus from Mpika to Chinsali. This journey typically takes about 1-2 hours, depending on the condition of the roads and the number of stops. Once in Chinsali, you will need to hire a local taxi or find a motorbike taxi to take you the remaining 30 kilometers to the falls. Ensure you negotiate the fare beforehand, which may range from 50 to 100 Zambian Kwacha. The taxi drivers are usually familiar with the area and can take you directly to the falls.
