Tetbury
After a pretty 45-minute journey from Moreton-in-Marsh, we'll arrive in the Southern Cotswold market town of Tetbury - a beautiful and historic must-see location. Tetbury's quaint streets include the picturesque 'Chipping Steps' and are home to numerous independent shops, cafes, tea-rooms and -especially - antiques shops! Fans of the British Royal Family are in for a treat here - King Charles and Queen Camilla live at Tetbury's Highgrove Estate! A Highgrove Estate shop is here for all your royal souvenirs!
After a lovely 45-minute journey from Tetbury, we'll arrive in the beautiful city of Bath. First, we'll make a quick photo stop at the photogenic Royal Crescent. This impressive curved terrace is considered the finest example of Georgian architecture in the country! Fans of Jane Austen and Bridgerton will be delighted as The Royal Crescent is a popular filming location for Georgian period TV and film works.
A 15 minute journey from The Royal Crescent brings us to the centre of Bath. This incredibly beautiful city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site! You'll have around 2 hours and 45 minutes of free time to explore here, with maps we provide. You won't have time to do everything Bath has to offer, but visits to the famous Roman Baths, Bath Abbey and the Jane Austen Centre are high on many visitors' to-do lists! Don't forget to shop for souvenirs and grab some lunch too!
Leaving Bath, it's a 35 minute journey to our final stop: the idyllic village of Castle Combe, repeatedly voted "the prettiest village in England". Get those Instagram-worthy photos on the quaint bridge, but don't forget to see it with your own eyes too! A walk through tiny Castle Combe feels like stepping back in time.
Moreton-in-Marsh
It takes around 1 hour 30 minutes to drive from Castle Combe back to Moreton-in-Marsh station, so sit back, relax and enjoy the pretty Cotswolds countryside as it rolls by. We'll return to Moreton-in-Marsh by approximately 6.00 PM.
A final 30 minute drive brings us back to Stratford-upon-Avon, where we say goodbye to our remaining passengers. The drop off time here is approximately 6.30PM. We hope you had a wonderful day exploring Bath and the Southern Cotswolds with us!
