What to expect
Our first stop is the historic Grateful Dead house at 710 Ashbury followed by passing both of Janis Joplin's historic San Francisco Ashbury Heights houses.
Stop and take a picture at the world famous cross streets Haight & Ashbury. Hear about all 60's history, and see the rich culture and local shops.
Panhandle
Come experience the Panhandle park between Haight and USF. Hear how the first Jimi Handrix show in San Francisco was right where we are biking through.
One of the greatest gems in San Francisco bike buy this historic site and see all the beautiful flowers as we begin our tour of Golden Gate Park.
We bike by the de Young Museum and see the outside scuplutures and visit the grounds from the first World Fair in San Francisco in 1939 The Golden Gate International Exposition.
We bike the front gates of the Japanese Tea Garden. A friend of mine calls it heaven. Note we don't stop for a tea due to the long lines but many guests stop by later.
Ride by the one of kind Academy of Sciences and learn about the historical San Francisco World Fair from the 1890s.
Ride by the majestic views of the ruins of the historic Sutro Baths. Soak up the rich history and see the crashing waves.
Bike along the historic Coastal Highway bike path along Ocean Beach in San Francisco.
Breeze through Golden Gate park where we see waterfalls, sometimes Buffaloes, Hippy Hill, Robin Williams meadow, passing by the Conservatory of Flowers and more.
Golden Gate Bridge
We do not stop by the Golden Grate Bridge. We bike to an epic place along the coast where we get amazing photos of the Golden Gate Bridge.
