    Our guide was lovely and quite knowledgeable. She was also willing to talk about the culture and politics of her country, which is fascinating. We had just flown in from the US that morning, so our afternoon tour was perhaps a bit ambitious, especially since we weren’t acclimatized to the very hot temperatures. Our guide and our equally pleasant driver were very flexible with the itinerary as we flagged.

    A really interesting tour with our knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide Jani (apologies for any misspelling). The visit to the royal palace was fascinating and beautiful. We were handed over to a museum guide at the National Museum who gave us an excellent insight into archeology and artefact management in Cambodia- a good introduction and background for visiting the temples of Angkor Wat.
