Just a perfect visual adventure on the water of lower Manhattan and around the Statue of Liberty for our young visiting guest, our niece. The vessel is privately owned by a couple. They are hands-on. The gal behind the bar is an owner and the captain is her husband. Their small crew is friendly and helpful. January has some advantages - less crowded, more space on the boat, more attention. My niece was able to visit the captain's deck and steer the boat for a bit. (Of course, under the captain's supervision.) No luxury, but comfortable, with pleasant music and a solid bar.

A lovely experience. My niece and I had a wonderful time. Not a great weather, January. Yet it gave us an opportunity to chat with owners of the boat. Lady behind the bar is a friendly jovial gal and her husband is a captain. My niece had a chance to navigate (of course under the supervision and control of the captain). Maybe not a luxury vessel, but comfortable and offers nice selection of refreshments. We loved the size. Much nicer that large tourist boats of big companies. The time was perfect as well. This ride gives you a view of lower Manhattan and circles Statue of Liberty in a short time, in case you do not want or have time to spend hours cruising. Crew was friendly and attentive.

Nice cruise but description not accurate. We booked a 90 min cruise on New Years Eve and departed the port at 6pm. However, we returned at 6:55pm, 35 mins less than we had booked.

Great quick way to see the statue of liberty. We saw Brooklyn bridge. Great photos, nice crew overall a 10star experience

There is no toilet facility while you are waiting for the boat...there is very less open space..mostly indoor sitting. Very little boat time.

Only complaint would be that it was very hard to hear the tour guide audio over the loudspeakers from the very back of the boat. At that point the sound is drowned out by the water and wake. How hard would it be to add a couple loudspeakers at the very back of the ship? One shouldn’t have to strain to hear the audio for something like this.

This trip started our sight seeing holiday off to a great start. You are taken to where you get the boat by bus without to long of a queue, once on the boat you have a tour guide, ours was Kevin and he was fantastic, informative and fun. Things were pointed out along the way, from where Beyoncé had a apartment to the prison where Rocky Marciano served, the views of the Statue of Liberty are awesome, you are close up with amazing views, plenty of time to take lots of pics and videos and the boat turns around so no matter where you sit you have great views of the Statue of Liberty and the skyline of Manhattan. This trip was around $90 for two which was worth every Penny. Great tour guide in Kevin who got all involved, he was upbeat, keen and made it a trip to remember, I would highly recommend booking this trip.

Badly organised to board the correct boat. No shade when queuing. There was a lack of outside seating to see the skyline advertised. The commentary was out if sync with the boats location. Costly to see the Statue of Liberty when you can see the same view free of charge via Staten island Ferry. Over priced for the service provided.
