The Jewish ghetto of Rome is considered the most ancient of the western world. The Jewish Quarter in Rome is a great spot to partake of delicious fresh bread or a traditional RomanJewish cuisine -style FRIED ARTICHOKE (carciofi alla giudìa).
Trastevere
After that your tour guide will bring you to at the center of Trastevere, a typical roman neighborhood where you will enjoy walking in the most narrow streets of the city. In Trastevere your guide will bring you to eat the Famous SUPPLI' (mozzarella and meat ragù fried rice balls), Fiori di Zucchini fritti (Fried Zucchini flowers stuffed with mozzarella and anchovies), the famous Filetti di Baccalà (Roman-Style Fried Salt Cod Fillets) and Pasta alla carbonara.
