    Captain Bree was a blast! Not only did we have a great time, Bree was educational, discussed the adventure of sailing, her experiences and the technical parts of sailing. Not only was it relaxing, it made me want to learn to sail and buy a boat! We saw dolphins, a gorgeous sunset and the full moon rising over the skyline of the city.

    We had a fabulous sunset sail with Captain Dave. He made our family feel very relaxed and shared interesting information about the area, and generally was a pleasure to sail with . We highly recommend Sail San Diego and Captain Dave.

    What a great overall experience! As a solo rider, I enjoyed myself and meeting others. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Drinks and snacks were on point, and the views were worth every penny! It was a bit of a slower ride than I had anticipated but I understand that we cannot control the wind. Still no complaints-highly recommended!

    We had such an amazing time on our 3 hour public sunset sail with Captain Dave. Everything went so well from check-in to drop off. Captain Dave was very informative and showed us all the sites. He made us feel very comfortable on the boat. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this adventure. We would love to do it again one day soon!

    Sail San Diego

    Whether you’re on vacation, celebrating a special occasion or just looking to take advantage of a beautiful Southern California day, this small-group sailing trip in San Diego is a great way to spend time on the water with your loved one or a group of friends. Set sail on a sunset cruise that takes you out on the Bay and the Pacific to watch the sunset. Your captain will ensure that you have the best possible time on the water. As you admire the views, enjoy the complimentary beer, soft drinks and snacks. If you get chilly, grab one of the provided blankets, or purchase a jacket or sweater at their store during check-in. And use the provided binoculars to admire the coastline or look for wildlife! You can even stream your own music to the boat’s Bluetooth speakers. Please note: The boat is limited to six (6) passengers. To make it a private adventure, book all six spaces and bring along five friends!

    Point Loma

    Sail San Diego's private marina is located in the Point Loma / Shelter Island neighborhood. Your sunset sail will pass by the Point Loma lighthouse.

    You'll always see the Coronado Bridge on one of Sail San Diego's sunset sails. Sometimes up close, sometimes from a distance. Always impressive.
