I’m afraid this was poor. The guide was 15 minutes late, had audio equipment that didn’t work for the entire tour (Alcázar and cathedral), and even had the audacity to tell the group off for being 5 minutes late. She also failed to control an overly dominant group of Americans who tried to hijack the tour with their own questions and had even tried to bring a butterfly knife into the alcazar (not the guide’s fault but again poorly managed). Compared to the Cordoba tour this was very poor sorry.

Alcázar and the cathedral are definitely worth a visit. In the future, I would book the tours separately because they want to show as much as possible in a short time. I would have liked to walk through the Alcázar longer so that I could also visit the garden. In addition, it was sometimes difficult to follow the guide, he talks very fast.

Well organised very informative tour of the Cathedral Alcazar and Giralda! Our tour guide Mercedes was exceptional. She had great knowledge and a lovely manner with the group making it fun and interesting. She was also very good at keeping us safe and together which was no mean feat when in the busy areas! Highly recommend this tour .

Had a great time with Miguel who led us through the Alcazar and Cathedral, past everyone else from our ship and right to the relevant areas- he really knows his way around and we were able to get maximum impact for the time we had from the ship. Loved every minute and will do it again when next in Seville.

The tour was quite long, probably because the guide explained everything in English then Spanish. The tour was also running late. By the end of it, we actually decided to separate from the group because we didn't think we were getting enough time at the Alcazar (which was my favorite).

it was very hard to understand the guide and probably spoke more about what we saw in spanish. We also never visited the bull ring before the tour was over.

Excellent way to see two major monuments and wander Jewish quarter. It was really useful jumping the queues with pre-organised tickets, However, content was not distinctive. We were part of a mixed Spanish / English group, so the guide was constantly moving from one language to next and was difficult to follow. I think we would have done just as well using the guide book or buying the listening devices.

Unfortunately this is an extremely disorganised tour, because of which I missed the first 40 minutes. I would recommend finding an alternative option, as there seem to lots of organised tours in Seville. I did try to complain afterwards back at the tourist office, but was told that nobody would take responsibility. Definitely the worst part of my trip to Seville.

Porque he pagado doble? Lo siento pero necesito escribir una revista muy mala por tu compania después de esta experiencia. While my actual guide through “el Alcázar” was fine, I got just that; Nothing more of the other monuments in the city. I was very unimpressed with how much I had paid for the tour (which was actually led by a different company as well) in comparison to other members of the tour. Overall I would not recommend this experience if you are hoping to see More than 1 of Sevilla’s monuments.
