    One of my most cherished travel experiences was visiting Koumpentoum, Senegal, with my family and showing them the village I grew up in. Seeing my daughter Aisha connect with her heritage, meeting my childhood friends, and sharing traditional Senegalese meals together filled my heart with immense joy and pride. It was a beautiful blend of the past and present, and a powerful reminder of the importance of family and roots.
