Seeking better opportunities, he moved to Leipzig, Germany, over 25 years ago. He initially worked various jobs before finally realizing his dream of opening a small restaurant that serves authentic Nepali cuisine. Over the years, he has built a loyal customer base and is respected in the local community. In his free time, he enjoys sharing his travel experiences and culinary insights on his Evendo blog.
