I opted for the traditional pigeon pastilla, a delightful combination of crispy warqa pastry, tender pigeon filling, almonds, and sweet spices. Greta chose the Ocean Roll of Shrimp and Fish, equally impressed by the crispy wrapper and flavorful filling. Kian, ever adventurous, enjoyed a simpler Moroccan pancake, which he devoured with gusto.
