Today was a beautiful blend of relaxation and exploration as we ventured into Accra's coastal heart. After several days immersed in the serene beauty of Kakum National Park, Liam, Nadia, and I were ready to experience the vibrant energy of Ghana's capital. We traded the quiet forest for the lively beaches and bustling city streets, eager to soak in a different side of this incredible country. Our day began with a hearty breakfast at African Hotpot Restaurant. I was excited to try authentic African cuisine, and this place definitely delivered. The restaurant's warm and inviting atmosphere, adorned with African art, made us feel right at home. I decided on their signature hotpot, a flavorful and customizable dish that allowed me to explore the unique spices of Ghana. Liam opted for a savory stew, while Nadia, ever the adventurous eater, tried a bit of everything. It was a delightful start to the day, setting the tone for the cultural explorations ahead.

As evening approached, we made our way back to Accra, eager to experience the city's nightlife. We decided to stop by COASTAL PUB for a drink before dinner. The pub had a lively atmosphere, with locals and tourists mingling and enjoying the music. I ordered a local beer, while Liam opted for a cocktail. Nadia, of course, enjoyed a refreshing juice. It was a fun and vibrant spot, a perfect glimpse into Accra's social scene.

We were seated at a cozy table, and the attentive staff made us feel welcome. I decided on the coq au vin, while Liam chose the grilled salmon. Nadia, again, surprised us with her adventurous spirit, opting for the escargots.
