Our day began with a hearty breakfast at Triskala. The aroma of freshly baked bread and strong Moroccan coffee filled the air, setting the perfect tone for our adventures. Hans, ever the early bird, was already up and researching the best routes for our morning activity: Lou's Rides. He's such a planner, which I appreciate, balancing my more spontaneous nature perfectly. We decided to rent ATVs to explore the rugged coastline.

We ordered some cocktails and relaxed, reminiscing about the day's adventures. It was the perfect way to unwind and celebrate another incredible day in Essaouira.

Tomorrow, we plan to explore Place Moulay Hassan and Bab Marrakech Tower. I'm looking forward to delving deeper into Essaouira's history and culture, and perhaps finding some unique souvenirs at La gazelle d'Essaouira. But for now, I'm content to savor the memories of today, the thrill of the ATV ride, the tranquility of the hike, and the flavors of Moroccan cuisine. Each experience has added another layer to my appreciation for this enchanting coastal town.


As I reflect on today's adventures, I'm reminded of why I love to travel. It's not just about seeing new places; it's about experiencing new things, challenging myself, and connecting with the world around me. Essaouira has a way of drawing you in, of making you feel alive and present. And as I drift off to sleep, I can't help but feel grateful for the opportunity to explore this beautiful corner of the world with my family.
