Today was all about soaking in the authentic atmosphere of Chefchaouen. After nine days of exploring this blue pearl, I felt like I was finally finding its hidden heart. Next on our list was Place El Haouta, a picturesque square that seemed to pulse with the life of Chefchaouen. As we approached, the vibrant atmosphere enveloped us. Street vendors were setting up their stalls, the air was filled with the aroma of spices, and the sounds of laughter and chatter echoed through the square. The blue-tiled buildings with their classic arches and iron grills created a stunning backdrop. We spent a good hour simply wandering around, taking photos, and soaking in the ambiance.

The owner was incredibly friendly, offering us samples and answering our questions. I was tempted to buy everything, but I settled on a few fragrance bars to put in my luggage. Fatima chose some argan oil for her skin, and Omar, of course, picked out a colorful bath bomb. It was a delightful little shop, and I was glad we had stumbled upon it.

We found a spot on a bench and simply watched the world go by. It was a perfect moment of peace and contentment.

For our final dinner in Chefchaouen, we chose Bar Oum Rabie, a place known for its grilled cuisine and unique atmosphere. I had heard it was the only place in town serving beer and wine, which was a nice change of pace. The restaurant was lively, with warm colors and local décor. The menu featured a variety of grilled meats and fresh ingredients. I ordered the mixed grill platter, while Fatima chose the vegetable skewers. Omar, craving something familiar, opted for the grilled chicken. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect. We enjoyed our meal, sipping on local wine and reminiscing about our adventures in Chefchaouen. It was the perfect way to end our day.

We planned to revisit Chefchaouen itself, explore the Cave Acher, and enjoy one last taste of Moroccan cuisine at Toda Creperie & Ice Cream, Restaurant Bar Chaouen and Restaurant Morisco. And perhaps, we'd end the day with a drink at lyajor tiskit, savoring the last moments of our Moroccan adventure.
