If you are starting at the main square in Mazar-i-Sharif, head east on Jami Street. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Pashmash Street. Turn left onto Pashmash Street and walk for about 500 meters. You will see the entrance to Rawza e Mubarak Museum on your right, marked by a large sign.
