    The Wilcox Historical Society is located at 301 Broad Street in Camden. From most points in the downtown area, it is easily accessible on foot. From the Black Belt Treasures Cultural Arts Center, walk north on Claiborne Street, then turn right onto Broad Street. The Wilcox Female Institute will be on your left. No cost for walking.

    If driving from outside of Camden, follow AL-219 or AL-41 into town. Broad Street is easily accessible from either highway. Limited street parking is available near the Wilcox Female Institute. Check for any local parking restrictions. Note: While there is no cost for parking, parking availability may be limited during events.
