Getting There

Head south on Little River Trail NE for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with AL-35. Turn left onto AL-35 and follow the signs for Little River Canyon Rim Parkway. Continue for approximately 3.5 miles, then turn right onto Little River Canyon Rim Parkway. After about 2 miles, you will see the sign for Lynn Overlook on your right. There is a small parking area where you can safely park your vehicle.

  Although public transportation options are limited in this area, you can take a bus to Fort Payne from nearby cities.   If you enjoy biking, you can ride from the Little River Canyon Visitor Center. Ensure you wear a helmet and be cautious of traffic, especially on AL-35.

• Hiking

  For the adventurous, you can hike from the Little River Canyon Visitor Center to Lynn Overlook. Follow the trails that connect to Little River Canyon Rim Parkway. The total hike can take approximately 2 hours one way, depending on your pace. Make sure to bring water and wear appropriate hiking gear, as some trails may be rugged.
