Skanderbeg Square is centrally located and easily accessible on foot from most points in downtown Tirana. From the National Art Gallery, walk west along Dëshmorët e Kombit Boulevard, and the square will be directly ahead. The walk is approximately 5-10 minutes. No costs involved.

Several bus lines converge near Skanderbeg Square. From Tirana East Gate (TEG) shopping center, take Bus Line 2 or 8 and ask the driver to be let off near Skanderbeg Square. From the main bus terminal near the Palace of Culture, it's a short 2-3 minute walk to the square. A single bus fare costs 40 Lek.
