    From the center of Gjirokastër, specifically from the Gjirokastër Castle, head southeast on Rruga A. Z. Cajupi. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rruga Vangjel Zoto. Turn right onto Rruga Vangjel Zoto and walk down until you reach the intersection with Rruga Bashkim Kokona. Turn left onto Rruga Bashkim Kokona and continue walking for about 500 meters. Zekate House will be on your right, marked by a sign. Look for the distinctive stone architecture typical of the area.

    If you are starting from the Ethnographic Museum, exit the museum and head southwest on Rruga Ismail Qemali. Continue straight until you reach the crossroads with Rruga Vangjel Zoto. Turn left onto Rruga Vangjel Zoto and follow it until you intersect with Rruga Bashkim Kokona. Turn right and walk for about 300 meters, and Zekate House will be on your left side.
