Continue straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with the SH3 highway. Turn left onto SH3 and follow the signs for Përrenjas and then towards the direction of Ohrid. After approximately 60 km, you will enter North Macedonia. Continue straight until you reach Ohrid. Once in Ohrid, follow the signs to Kej Makedonija.
