Buneci Beach (Plazhi i Bunecit) offers a tranquil escape from the more crowded beaches of the Albanian Riviera. Situated remotely between the villages of Lukova and Piqeras, it boasts stunning natural beauty and a peaceful atmosphere. The beach is characterized by its crystal turquoise waters and light fine pebbles, so swimming shoes are not always necessary. However, the entrance to the water can be quite sharp in some areas. Buneci is divided into public and private sections, with sunbeds and umbrellas available for rent. Several restaurants offer Albanian and Mediterranean dishes, providing a taste of local flavors. Despite its remote location, Buneci Beach offers essential facilities, including toilets, a small shop, and even a campsite for overnight stays.
