If you are driving from Razma Region, take the SH1 road heading south towards Shkodër. Continue on SH1 for approximately 20 km until you reach the city center of Shkodër. Once in Shkodër, follow the signs to Rruga Fushë Cele. The mosque will be located at Rruga Fushë Cele 1, easily visible on your right side. Parking is available nearby.

Buses depart regularly from Razma, and the journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Shkodër bus terminal, you can either walk or take a taxi to Rruga Fushë Cele. The mosque is located at Rruga Fushë Cele 1, approximately 1.5 km from the bus terminal. Walking will take around 20 minutes.
