Situated on the Çumparë plain, which merges with Mount Lëkurës and the hill where the village of Çukë stands, the site offers a unique blend of historical significance and natural beauty. The fortified residence features a rectangular shape, measuring 33 x 30 meters and covering an area of 990 square meters. Its construction includes a surrounding wall built with trapezoidal blocks of limestone, approximately 1 meter thick. The architectural plan encompasses the enclosing wall, a central building forming the architectural core, and several chambers and arcades. Traces of embrasures suggest that lighting was provided through them, while nine ascending steps lead to the second floor, which is believed to have been organized similarly to the first floor. The site's strategic location provided a vantage point overlooking ancient trade routes and the Ionian Sea. Today, visitors can explore the castle's remains, wander through the surrounding gardens, and immerse themselves in the tranquil atmosphere.
