Start from the center of Saranda, at the main promenade along the seafront. Head east along the promenade towards the direction of the Saranda Port. Follow the coastline until you see the road that leads away from the water, known as Rruga Skënderbeu. Continue walking up this road for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Rruga Butrinti.
